Our Center

In November of 2019, a small group of leaders were brought together for a Mountain on MastersRoad meeting inside the Church on MastersRoad. During this meeting, one of the group members, voiced her dream of helping moms in-need at the church. Debbie Parrish wanted these moms to know that they are NOT alone. Also happening at the church was an inspirational Sunday morning series being given on evangelism by Pastor Jason Lee. Realizing that Manvel is on the rise with so many additional housing developments and people slated to move into Manvel in the next several years, this caused the perfect relationship of ideas to mix together moms in-need with evangelism. This compassionate mission brought about the gestation of a couple of great ideas: 1) "Diaper Day in May" benefitting the Moms on MastersRoad (MOMs), and 2) To open a Pregnancy Help Center in Manvel.

After having a few more board meetings and fundraisers, Her Heart Pregnancy Help Center (HHPHC) was born and soon became affiliated with Heartbeat International (HBI). HHPHC is now the recipient of the Life Launch Grant through HBI which assists with new center start-ups. However, one of the most exciting grants we have received before opening our doors was from The Harry S. and Isabel C. Cameron Foundation which enabled us to purchase our first ultrasound machine.

We are very excited to see what "God-plans" are in the future for our mom's-to-be as we help these moms navigate their new babies/families. We are a caring team here to provide compassionate and nonjudgmental support for anyone facing the possibility of a pregnancy-related crisis. All of our programs and services are free, confidential, culturally relevant, and ethnically diverse.
